The electronic PCB assembling equipment, settled up in a white chamber with the last antistatic technology, includes:
- Automatic in line PCB loader and unloader
- Automatic in line solder paste silk printing
- High speed SMT Pick&Place machine
- Nitrogen reflow oven
- ICT and functional verification stations
This new SMT line placed in Facomsa production line, allows us to produce all PCBA’s at Facomsa facilities. Besides production, we keep the control of electronic components purchase, that is logistics and quality.
Including the SMD line brings flexibility to our production lines and also quality controls to guarantee the quality of the PCBA’s produced.
